Sear your chicken until **cooked through.** Add half of the garam masala _(2 tablespoons)_, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of grated ginger or ginger paste, and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Stir to combine. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. 2. **Saute the onion.** Wipe out your skillet then add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 cup of finely chopped onion.
